2. Scope
These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern any purchase of AI credits made on the platforms theboondocker.com and campeurautonome.com (the “Site”). They apply in addition to the other legal documents of the Site, available separately. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Terms of Use regarding a purchase transaction, these Terms shall prevail.
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
3. Products sold
The Site sells prepaid credits granting access to the RV & camping AI assistant (“Credits”). Credits are consumed as you use the RV & camping AI assistant, based on the complexity and volume of requests processed. Your remaining Credit balance is visible at any time in your account.
4. Price and currency
Prices are set and billed in Canadian dollars (CAD). If you are located outside Canada, the price may be presented and billed to you in your local currency; the conversion rate applied includes a conversion margin, and the resulting amount shown constitutes the final price you agree to pay.
Prices may change at any time without notice, but these changes do not apply to purchases already completed.
5. Payment terms
Stripe, Inc., a third-party payment service provider, handles credit card payment processing. By completing a payment, you also agree to Stripe’s terms of service applicable to cardholders.
The charge will appear on your credit card statement under the name “THE BOONDOCKER,” “CAMPEUR AUTONOME,” or a related designation.
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. No Credits are issued before payment is confirmed by Stripe.
6. Applicable taxes
Depending on your place of residence, the following sales taxes may apply and will be added to the displayed price:

7. Delivery and access to Credits
Credits are delivered electronically and are added to your user account immediately after payment is confirmed. No physical delivery occurs. If you do not receive your Credits within a reasonable time after a confirmed payment, contact us at [email protected] so the situation can be corrected.
8. Validity period and transfer of Credits
Purchased Credits never expire. They may be transferred to another user of the Site, at the account holder’s discretion.
9. Cancellation and refund policy
Credits are non-refundable once a purchase is completed, except in exceptional circumstances evaluated at our sole discretion. For any questions about a purchase, contact us at [email protected]; we will review each situation individually.
10. Right of withdrawal
Certain provisions of Quebec’s Consumer Protection Act applicable to distance contracts may grant you additional rights beyond those set out in these Terms, notably in cases of non-delivery or inaccurate product description. Where applicable, such rights cannot be limited by these Terms.

12. Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to the transaction.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec and applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the judicial district of the seller’s domicile, subject to any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer.
