By submitting a listing on The Boondocker – RV & Camping Directory website (the “Site”), you agree to these terms. A “listing” refers to an entry associated with a directory record, submitted by the record’s owner or an authorized person. Listings are moderated before publication.
1) Eligibility and responsibility
You represent that you have the authority to publish on behalf of the business, organization, or service represented by the listing. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the submitted content, including text, images, links, and contact information.
2) Permitted content
Listings must be relevant, useful, and directly related to the record in question. Examples of accepted content:
- Updates to hours, services, or availability
- Promotional offers, events, new items, opening periods
- Important notices for customers (temporary closure, address change, etc.)
3) Prohibited content
It is prohibited to submit, among other things:
- Illegal, misleading, defamatory, hateful, violent, harassing, or sexually explicit content
- Impersonation, false statements, false promotions, false urgency
- Personal information about a third party not intended for the public
- Spam, excessive repetition, keyword stuffing, or content unrelated to the listing
- Links or files intended to deceive, infect, or compromise security (malware, phishing, redirects, etc.)
4) Promotions and claims
Any promotion, discount, price, availability, warranty, or performance claim must be presented clearly and in accordance with applicable laws. The conditions of an offer (duration, exclusions, quantities, terms) must be indicated in a reasonable manner.
5) Moderation before publication
Submitted listings are reviewed before being published. The Site may, at its discretion:
- Approve or reject a listing
- Remove a listing already published if an issue is identified
- Request clarification or rewording
- Correct minor formatting details (spelling, layout) without changing the meaning
The Site is not obligated to publish a listing and does not guarantee publication by a specific date.
6) Display duration, order, and archiving
A listing may be displayed for a limited time, replaced by more recent listings, or archived automatically. The Site does not guarantee any minimum display duration or level of visibility.
7) External links
Listings may contain external links. You are responsible for the pages linked to. The Site does not control this content and assumes no liability for it.
8) Intellectual property
You grant the Site a non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, display, distribute, index, and retrieve the listing—including through the Site’s AI assistant—for the purposes of operating the Site and promoting the directory.
The public content of listings and entries may be indexed and used by the Site’s AI assistant to answer user questions. The assistant may summarize, quote, or present this content, with a link or source attribution where possible. Because generated responses are automated, they may contain inaccuracies; it is your responsibility to keep your listing’s content accurate and up to date. You may request the removal of your listing by contacting us.
9) Limitation of liability
The Site does not guarantee the performance, results, sales, or visibility generated by a listing. The Site is not liable for losses, damages, or disputes arising from content published by advertisers or from interactions between users and advertisers.
10) Suspension and revocation of access
In the event of abuse, non-compliance, or risk to users, the Site may suspend the submission of listings, limit certain features, or revoke account access, temporarily or permanently.
11) Reporting
Users may report a listing they believe to be problematic. The Site may request clarification or evidence (e.g., the validity of an offer) and remove content pending verification.
12) Changes to these terms
The Site may update these terms at any time. The version in effect is the one displayed at the time of submission.
